We want you to be happy with Flip. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for purchases made on the Service, which is operated by marketculture.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your order date. This applies to one-time credit packs and the initial payment for a monthly subscription.
Subscription renewals
For subscription renewals, you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for renewal charges are considered case by case and are generally offered within the 30-day window if the plan has not been used substantially.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address used at checkout; or
- Contact support@marketculture.in with your order details.
When refunds may be declined
We may decline a refund request made outside the 30-day window or where there is clear evidence of misuse of the Service, fraud, or bulk-consuming credits before requesting a refund.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days. Any credits added for the refunded purchase will be removed when the refund is issued.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us or Paddle first so that we can help resolve it. Filing a chargeback without first requesting a refund may result in account suspension.
